G'day gents. Been after a Boba Moc for an eternity, but I've narrowly missed out on several and others are crazy expensive.

Decided to go down the reseal route for obvious reasons and missed out on a couple. Finally got hold of a cardback, figure and 'original' bubble. The cardback behind the bubble had been patched up with an overlay. The bubble turned out to be a fake, so I got a partial refund from the seller, as I liked the card and the figure was good.

Bit the bullet and bought a new bubble. I've been in two minds about this for obvious reasons, but there is no way it could be mistaken for original and if I ever sell, there will obviously be a full disclosure by me.

Any thoughts? It's a bit of a grey area to say the least!

It's your card and your collection mate, so if you're comfortable with it. You could try to acquire an original bubble, even one from a different figure. It will prob be more difficult being a stemmed bubble, a Jedi bubble would be easier. Alternatively just enjoy the card for what it is and display that.

Thanks Rob. I think you're right about the bubble- I have been looking, but haven't found one yet. Would definitely like the correct single stemmed one.

Don't know if this will help for reference, but here's a picture of a sealed one...

Thanks Gary- will keep searching. That bubble is much more snug with a longer stem. That's a cracking Fett 8)

Pretty certain my childhood one was a Pali 30 back- just the cardback went for over £600 on ebay a few days ago, so think I'll stick with the one I've got!

Yeah I don't blame you at all the price of these factory sealed are ri ridiculous. As said if your comfortable then happy days, also think you should look for an original bubble, good look with that!

Anyway great addition to your very nice addition. :D
