WOW. That sounds very much like an exception to the rule. These RL 3p0 baggies are extremely common

£25 is definitely high. Seen dealers asking £20 for them before but it's such a common baggie (several boxes turned up over the years) that you would be silly to pay £25 for one when you could get it for half the price.
