Well look at that - I joined this forum 10 years ago today.
Just want to say a big thanks for all the happy hours I've spent on here. Learning about the hobby, getting to know people through their posts and messages.
I've bought plenty, from here and eBay but buying from folk I've gotten to know over the years is just so much nicer - yep it's the feeling of community that makes the difference, the SWFUK family that makes up a huge part of the SW experience for me.
Over the years my interest in SW and collecting have dipped now and again, but always find myself drifting back here. Fingers crossed some of the older members will eventually circle back and remember why this place is better than any other platform.
I've enjoyed collecting modern, but vintage and the childhood memories are what make it special for me, so my collecting goals for the next 10 years are easy - make the effort and drive down to some of the organised meet ups to have a laugh and create a few new memories with you blokes.
