Have an odd star wars toy

Hi guys,

I was clearing out my loft and came across some of my boxed starwars toys. Most of them are common ones availble on eBay however I particular one that I can't locate any where and was hoping someone on here might be able to track down its origins

Its marked up as 0000
Labelled Dead Imperial Stormtrooper (Docking Bay 94 Ambush) - Its by Kenner - General Mills Pun group

so back in the day fans made there own versions of the toys im just looking for a back story not a price. Could this have been something my dad would have done?
