unless you`re too young too remember them...
We had a committee meeting last year to see how we could raise money for the church fund.
I suggested selling some of my batman and robot stuff on ebay as they would go for higher overseas..
Someone said lets ask the community if they want to sell stuff overseas and we charge a fee for it.
So I have a team of volunteers/ friends that post and distribute flyers. its been very successful, a win win situation..
of course i cant store everything here, which did lead to a few problems where people have given me stuff to list without actually owning it..
So now i only try to list the items people have put in front of me.
Sadly the exchange rate had moved against us and in a couple of the listed items i do say that,as this is the price the owner has asked for.. but for a majority they are lower to middle of the road prices. no point in adding an item if 20 are already being sold..
to quote one of my favourite lines...`When Popeye is facing up to bluto, you eat spinach`
If anyone can prove I have taken someone elses item that is currently being sold and listed it as my own, i will give them that item, absolutely free.But If you are wrong, you buy it.. Cant say fairer than that, and will sort out the men from the boys.

Think how lucky you are, if it werent for the net, how else would the meek be able to stand up to the strong, vent their anger. and all in the comfort of your own home knowing that the other person is a million miles away and will never know who it really is slagging him off. Be sure to show your posts to the family so they can have a good laugh too

I have asked for advice on a few items and listed a few items for sale, i have had a chance to meet some very nice people and at the same time even bought some items at a good price.. Sadly, there seems to be a group of people whose sole purpose is to shout down others. Has it occurred to you that not everyone is as savvy as you and your mates when it comes to star wars...I only found out the difference between a b c backs before xmas on the original cards. Not everyone is up to speed on whats hot. Remember that..and rather than belittle yourself with snide comments, why not see if i am indeed poaching other peoples listings to sell, and if i am, i promise I will put myself in the stocks and you can throw as many cabbages as you want at me..
