I believe that the baggies might be a later addition - however you have enough pieces there to justify the price tag - but like you say - could well be too good to be true
Those bags are definitely not all original to the set which would make me worry about the rest of it being on the up and up. I don't think it's worth a 1500 Euro gamble tbh unless the seller has a good reason for the figures being in those bags, the DT saber can be confirmed legit and you get better pictures of the tray (I'm guessing it's cracked and he's not showing the damage on purpose).

DT looks good to me - Joe might be right about the cracked tray though - still the prices that DT Lukes have been going for then I would happily pay the 1500 Euros no problems - although the baggies are a bit of a red flag so would ask for a lot more pictures
