Sheffield Comic Con 2014 30th/31st August - Anyone going?

thanks cc sounds like my early bird being tehre for 9 should be fine hoping to pic up vintage moc.... so heres hopong for happy hunting

About 15 ESB MOC. Some ROTJ. Lovely boxed sonic land speeder but he wants £500. Quite a few boxed wampa, land speeders, mini rigs, some tatty boxed vehicles. A beautiful cloud city playset. And other stuff I can't remember.

hmmm might be tempted with the esb mocs!!! lets see if they are asking silly money

Had a great time yesterday. Picked up a few nice modern pieves for reasonable prices.

Vintage wise I picked up a nice Bilogo complete boxed Ewok Village for £80 8)

think you got teh best buy yesterday then 80 for eth village sounds a steal, the only parts i could find was a guy who had whole stall of vintage but seemed all of its money wanted £220 for Leia bespin moc esb too rich for my blood

Was this the same guy who had the ESB Dewback, ESB Tie Fighter, Palitoy Landspeeder...? Someone on the ESB collectors page posted some pics of his stall - looked amazing but was it all top dollar prices?

Really want a Yellow ESB Troop Transporter too!

not sure to be honest was asking £250 for mib tie fighter but not sure if thats good or bad.... £200 + for esb han hoth moc... the stuff looked awesome

That Han Hoth was offerless wasn't it? They're hard to come buy.

he was really pricey on boxed items - wanted over £200 for a Pal Darth Vader Star Destroyer, the box was good but not mint - £100 would be more realistic

The Han Hoth was a Canadian 31 back and worth the £200 asking, Pal Lad Speeder £200 + and I stopped asking after that.

Otherwise a Kenner 31 back would be £100 tops - the most common of all the HHs

not much other vintage but a good day out and nice and local for me. My one gripe was the security around Faceman was a bit extreme, couldn't even photo the A Team Van

Managed to get there today, didnt spot any SWFUK tshirts but had a good time, nothing much on the sw toy front and the stall that was there was expensive, the star wars panel talk was really good, i wish i had recorded it, managed a seat right at the front
