Zuckuss, 4-Lom when was it wrong

I have heard way after the kenner figures that the names were swapped but I never once heard it back in the day. So is this a change that was pointed out later? Or were they called right now before but just not by Kenner? To me 4Lom will always be the brownish bug looking guy and Zuckuss is the droid.
