Since their last big algorithm change, as of a couple of weeks ago I think, my experience is that it's utterly crap now. From my homepage I get zero recommendations 95% of the time (literally an almost blank page with one video from my subscriptions) and when I do get recommendations it's for new topics and channels completely unrelated to my viewing habits. It's completely bolloxed up! (first world problems, I know) Anyone else having the same experience? This is when logged into my YouYube account by the way, not just on their regular landing page when not logged in.

Looks like it's only going to get worse...

Interesting new video from Retroblasting. All collecting and toy channels are going to be classified as content for children:

I don't like it anymore, used to watch loads on there. Whatever you're watching just gets interrupted by adverts constantly, like every few minutes. It's well tedious. I view it on my telly and I have enjoyed Cobra Kai recently and there's some well decent documentaries and band/concert footage.

Yeah I saw that too. I sent off the feedback to YouTube as Michael suggests. Sounds like another case ill thought out regulation. Couple that with all the other nefarious algorithms they are putting in place I wouldn't be surprised if a competitor starts to take their users away over the next couple of years.

Just another run of the restructuring of the thought process for the easily manipulated masses and agenda driven social norm' realignment to fit in and prop up the technocracy with extreme socialist tenancies...

hmmmm, guess I'm still a rebel 8)
