I have a spare han solo in carbonite which I want to move on, however after getting him out of storage for a few years his chest has yellowed :(
gutted, must have been the poly bag he was stored in....anyway learn from it, and move on.

Luckily I reciently purchased a minty version to replace him :D so what would be a fair price to sell him?

I use zip lock bags to store loose in. Is that what you used. So he was mint when he went in? :?

I did read hole punching zip bags will prevent this. I better do this quick....

Cheers for the valuation mate, appricaited, i was expecting a slight reduction

He was mint...went into a Standard Plain Resealable Bag and then popped into the back of the carbonite facing the front, and then that when into a larger zip lock, maybee the bag he was in had a contact chemical reaction, thing is his arms an face are ok, not sure.

My childhood Han carbonite is the same. I put him in a sandwich bag a few years ago and he came out yellow.

At least it's not as bad as that melted figure story.

Cheers mate, glad i'm not the only one :D, feel slightly better i'm not the only one.

I'm now intrigued....what's the melted figure story :?

try putting him in the sun light for a bit, I have had some success with white plastics. It's like white gloss paint goes yellow in the shade.
