YATE Boushh Builds Helmet Kits - £445 + p&p
The helmet used to create this mould is a digitally scanned version from the original film Boushh helmet using Lucas film archive photography and video.
High-quality resin is then used to roto-cast the helmet.
This creates a finished outcome as accurate as possible.
Unlike any poor quality castings or 3D printed helmets, YATE Boushh Helmet Kits come ready to prime and start painting, with only a wash and very minimal (if any) sanding required.
These helmets are not mass produced, and attention to detail is prioritised at every step in the process. Care has been taken to ensure that everything is as accurate as possible.
All parts, including rangefinder and strong 3mm dark ABS lenses are included.

As always, YATE Boushh Builds still offer finished helmets.
High quality acrylic paints are both airbrushed and hand painted on to the helmet. In total, there are more than 15 layers of paint applied. The helmet goes through multiple washes and stages of weathering to achieve the original weathered and battle-scorn look.
Genuine leather is distressed and weathered and then cut and fitted to the snout and rear neckpiece.
The lights fitted to the helmet have been specially designed to replicate the original.
Fully finished, and ready to wear!
These finished helmets are done on a made-to-order basis and take approximately 3 weeks to complete due to the level of detailing and attention required. There is currently a 2-3 month waitlist for finished builds.
