I just had a look on ebay for the first time in months, and it's all changed! The categories now seem to be listed as opened or unopened, and then figures are inside that. However there were very few vintage MOC's in there!

Is it just a bit quiet at the moment or has the new system filled the "vintage carded" section with shite?

Hi Edd.

It just the same i think bud. Its always **** on eBay. I just type in AFA and hope for the best.

Cheers mate.

Grant. :D

PS When I grow up can i have a red sabre instead of the conventional pissy yellow sabre cheers mate.

Ebay is VERY quiet at the minute.
I only have a handful of items on my watched list, and most of those are Brian's toys and CC, so there's no mission of me ever bidding on them.
On that note I can't een remember the last time I did bid on Ebay.

I think a combination of their constant ****ing about with the set up, the fees structure and the feedback system, coupled with the economic down turn means very few people are selling on there ATM.
After all, in a buyers market where you will do well to get the price you are after, what incentive is there to sell when you know Ebay and PP are going to grab an exorbitant amount of whatever money you get and then not give a flying one if you get shafted!

You are currently enjoying the "new look" of ebay, but thankfully you can "opt out" as explained in the thread above!

As for the sections being full with crap, haven't they always been?

Wheaz summed it up well.

Even when you try to use ebay they make it difficult they took my ebay listings off just because i said no paypal echeques knobs the lot of them.

Has anybody tried ebid?

Got to agree, haven't purchased anything since August, but I'm in the market for some MOC's and can't find anything. My list is in the wanted section.
