The hobby is losing the plot, more extreme every month.

I am very hesitant to put a price on anything anymore.

My £5-£10 bubble bath I was after went for £30 last night and yes it was vintage star wars.

I think their are still guys on the facebooks groups that dont know that this guy worth keeping well away from. Their has been a couple of times I have seen links to his auctions posted and I told them to keep well away as best I can but you can gurantee some newbie may get stung!

That is crazy! Only started collecting cardbacks 12 months ago and now they are just stupid. Completed my set at the right time 8)

I also wondered if they'd been bid up. The Boba Fett 30 back is really hard to come by now a days but that still seems way to high, (mine was under 30 with figure and in better nick a year ago). Also I don't think the Chewbacca one is far off buying a fairly good resealed one. I thought putting them in the case was also a bit sly as it made them look like moc at first glance.

I seem to remember a resealed Palitoy Chewy going for around £100 on ebay late last year, so these prices look well over the top considering no bubbles or footers... it only takes a couple of idiots to pay over the odds for something and it artificially inflates the price for other examples
