thats fair chunk of change, i suppose it is the solid belly version, the open one is more common...........maybe
 
It's because of the Palitoy box, which is in exceptional condition. Same goes for the other one he had for sale. I wanted that to upgrade the box I have now, but lost out.

Also, the Youtube movie was a nice touch and must have attracted a fair amount of bidders.
 
I was pretty shocked at this one too, it was in my watch list but went way higher than I wanted to pay. To be fair though it looks really minty..... possibly close to Emiels high standards 8)

The Palitoy solid belly, in my limited experience, is much tougher to find than the open belly.

Yeah if you put in the extra effort on your auctions it really pays off, mind you his stuff was quality

Interesting. I only just noticed that. I actually might give it a try with a couple of things i sell. Pretty sure you can imbed the video straight onto the ebay sale too. I've certainly seen it done.
