The highest i have seen priced is the AFA95 12 backs from BT at $25k each. They also have or had a DT Ben at $20k. As for actually sold i honestly cannot remember :?

Yeah those are the highest priced ones I've seen as well. As far as actually sold, I'd say £2,000-£3,000 for some of the rare ones, Vinyl cape Jawa, Yak Face etc.

James Gallo in the States has the only sealed Kenner carded Vlix, that must have cost a few bob although its not graded.
I would say that there are potentially more expensive figs not AFA graded like the single Power of the Force Boba Fett mock-up 8)

no it was not cheap person i got it off upgraded to a 80y cost him nearly £1200 a 85y sold for £1800 on ebay couple of weeks ago

main and current focus is to complete my afa moc collection but along the way i have picked up quite a few afa ships playset and minirigs also picked up 16 of the 62 coins so far but to expensive to do all

yeah i know thats why i stopped buying playsets and ships just focus on figures now
