Having dealt with my fair share of skid marks, both buyers and sellers, I now discount 100% feedback as an indicator or honesty. The temptation by buyers, once they've been refunded, is to let things lie as (for some reason) good, honest people feel a little guilty. This prick has played a nasty little card in claiming to have cancer. I suggest he's a lying POS and deserves a big, bad -ve against his name to warn others all is not as it seems. But I doubt you'll do that and to be fair, in his case im not sure I would. What if it was true, what if....?
