Here are some pictures of stuff that I used to own a few years ago, I had more before but never took pictures! I actually took most of these pictures when I was going to sell what I had left, and I almost put up my Loose set as well but thankfully decided not to !

After this was all sold I had a break and came back with the 8D8 focus!

Yep! Sold everything in the pictures and more, these are the only pictures I have of the last lot I sold lol

I had no focus, area, I just solidly picked things up for about 2-3 years and had so much I had to store it in
boxes/cupboards/wardrobes and spare rooms!

When you have that much stuff its not even fun! I was pulling things from boxes I didn't even know I had!

Well it wasn't the biggest/rarest or most expensive collection but that I learned a LOT from
those early days of collecting !
I look back on it as a bit of a cluttered hoarding state and my reshuffle was long overdue!

As I have said before, I am happier than ever now that I am collecting a single character and its related items and my loose set is something I always wanted to keep hold of, 1. because the figures are what its all about and 2. the space isn't THAT much of an issue for displaying and storing, I have had loads of stuff and it didn't bring me half as much enjoyment as taking my time to search for rarer and more quality items, it was niceto look back on these pictures with a grin

I owned a couple of nice things myself in days gone by but i never keep/kept any old pictures just incase of sellers remorse which is a nightmare.

Thanks again Joe.

all good mate!

do you have any pieces from back then still?

I still have my loose set minus the 4-5 figures I still need!
I have the top toys Osito Ewok and the Warok/weequay miscard and thats it, I might still have a few mailers.

I had most of the mailers and catalogues/paperwork all in another box and I don't remember ever
selling them so I might still have some bits and pieces!

Looked good, you liked your Ewoks

I tell you what burnsy the only thing I missed doing from a few years ago was winning lots of loose and reselling them!
The Ewok army came about from that, I used to get 100 figure lots every other week
and pick out the best ones sell on the weakest stuff and keep all the original weapons, in the end I think
I got a 100% repro free almost complete set, I had a complete loose set that I sold with beat up figures and
some repro weapons when I didn't know what I was doing!

Coming home from work to find a shoe box full of figures on the doorstep is something everyone needs
to experience lol

What loose figs do you still need Joe?

I need a pop up R2 !
Sise and Tigg Fromm
Kea moll and Jann tosh and maybe a few upgrades but most of my loose set is either
off a bad card/baggie or in nice enough condition so I am lucky! (Although it took me hundreds of loose figures
to get something so mint together)

I love your avatar Joe. Where did you pick that up??

Have you got loose Ledy 8D8's??

You must be nearly there on your run now...have you given any thought to your next project??

<< That's not mine

I wish, in fact all of the stuff in this thread I would have happily traded for one now!

Let's see what the future holds, if prices drop or things turn up then I hope I can grab one! For now that picture is a reminder of what I ultimately want to own and a bit of a grail I guess!

As for a loose LL, I have one in England but I couldn't tell the difference

So if its not one I will be pissed but you can pick them up for about $30-40 so its not that much of a loss!

Looking forward to seeing Ron's old pictures I bet they are better than mine!!

Bed for Gustie at this rate haha you are gonna have one hell of a headache tomorrow!

Nice former collection Joe :)
You had a lot of great items, but I know what you mean about refocusing things. A couple years ago I sold off a lot of my modern stuff and it was great to recover that space and put the money towards a few more choice vintage items.
