What coo's was Dt Luke released with?

Just a quick question as I can't seem to find the answer anywhere on google.
Which coo was Dt Luke released with. Everyone I have seen is allways a hk coo but I wondered if it was released on any other?

i believe the dt luke came in both 2 line and 3 line coo.
i spoke to tom derby about it probably a year and a half ago. one coo was generally bagged and the other was usually carded, if i understood him correctly.

I reckon Hong Kong only

sounds about right - and the two versions have slightly different shades of yellow hair
