What Canadian Lobot is this?

Hi Lads,

Holojedi on RS sold this recently & I've never seen this card back before?

My one has the black bar underneath the Kenner logo where Holojedi's doesn't:

They're both 41 backs with the same stuff on the back so does anyone know which one this is :?:

****ing hell,someone got a real bargain.Even though the transition sticker was missing,it only sold for $70!!!
