What AFA U grade has done to vintage carded

Even if it had an anakin potf card in (which it doesnt!!!!) it would be worth nowhere near that much.

when afa grade a carded figure, do they send you the card and bubble back?

Yes, they send you the card, bubble, and coin still attached to the card if it came with one. I hate U grades.
