Anyone else seen this or even taken the plunge. At first glance it actually looks relatively good value (by GW standards)

I heard about this on Twitter yesterday, been meaning to look into it. I won't be subscribing to it, it's more cos I have shares in GW.

Smart decision to invest in them I imagine, particularly if you did so late nineties or early 00's

Seen it advertised, I would have been all over this as a kid in the 90's, I got into Space Marines for a about a year or so and loved them, ended up making an entire scenery with scratch built buildings on a large wooden board. I moved on from it all though when I discovered weed, booze and tits.

Not even, share price has trebled and then some in less than 2 years.

I think that's how most people end up leaving GW. Then they get married have kids, get bored of talking/listening to the wife or feigning interest in her fav shite TV shows and drift back. So I've heard anyway

Haha I can picture that, the blokes retreating to their sheds for a modelling safe haven and peace and quiet.

That's exactly it, plus they know there's no chance the wife will take an interest in it. Win win.

Was outside a newsagents on Saturday, went to put some rubbish in the bin. Someone had purchased issue 1 taken the figure off and had thrown out the mag not even opened and the card back.
