Walrus Man Help

Can anyone help me identify this walrus man? It is far lighter than others I have seen and is more vivid. It has no COO but a rough patch (scar) next to the copyright info. I was told it was a Meccano variant but cannot find anything to confirm this.

Hmm, I have one with the same markings on the legs but with a lighter nose, darker blue limbs and darker green head, Is that a different version of the a MECCANO figure or is it another variant (PBP)?

I also have one with no markings on the legs at all except a 1 on the left leg (It has the same paint applications as picture posted above), does anyone know the origins of that figure?

I just got a Walrus Man with only a 1 on his legs. But his head and hands are darker green. jedi rebel said his was lighter green?? $AUS13 bargain regardless

I thought I would bump this thread to ask what the value of a Meccano Walrusman is? I have one, not as mint as the one in the picture!! Here is mine
