Vintage collection for sale (2)

I was in touch with Nick about purchasing the collection and can confirm he was a really nice bloke but as Andy mentioned there was nothing that rare and most of the mocs had taken a bit of a beating over the years. My opinion was it was probably worth the 2000 he was asking but there would be no mark ups if you wanted to move anything on.

I believe he sold it to the original buyer but it would be nice to see some of it resurface here.

That's it - I can confirm the goods are now in the hands of the new owner..............

I'll be honest, I feel a bit sad to see them go but I know the time is right.

Thanks to all for their interest and support with this. Particularly to Jez who I had the pleasure of meeting and Andy who I have spoken to.

Best of luck to you all with your collections.

Good on you Nick.
It was a pleasure to meet you and help you out with weapon confirmation etc and pointing out the weapon error Imperial Dignitary. You and your brother did have a great collection as kids.
I'm glad you got the money you were after to go towards the Vespa.

Thanks for giving me the opportunity to look first, but as you know i couldn't justify what someone else had offered you.
If i were to have bought them and sold on the ones i didn't already own i'd have only wanted to sell them here, and forum prices don't generate the mark up face and eBay do, hence my lower maximum offer.

Somebody (currently unconfirmed) has a nice new collection. I do hope some figures/MOCs resurface here but i have a suspicion that these will end up on Ebay or a Facebook site.

Thanks for visiting SWFUK. Apologies on behalf of all of us for the original post going crazy.
Enjoy the Vespa.
