Vintage Box - Vintage Shuttle?

Fellas,

Some of you may know that i'm after a Shuttle for my collection.

I've been offered this boxed one but i wanted to make sure that the shuttle was in fact original. I know the newer one shares the same date stamp, in fact they are almost identical.

This one has working electrics and the wings lock in place (One better than the other but still very good).

What do you reckon? All vintage? Price?

Yes thats original i have one myself boxed well in fact two in that fab condition its worth 300 easy i got mine for around that price .

I'd have to disagree. That's around the price paid for an unused but opened example (though still a bit steep!). This one? Half that, probably less.

The price seemed good.
One of the stickers did look a bit strange, my guess was it was a sticker which normally came offf, but this one had stayed on!

Think that sticker is meant to be on the inside of the shuttle somewhere. Probably on the inside of the hatch.

Admittedly, if you look on Ebay.com then there are unused shuttles going for around $250-$300 but postage / customs fees will add to that

Mate, it will be yours and if you want to do that then it is down to you - when we have muppets busting out miss cards to get them AFA graded then surely the removal of a sticker shouldn't see you ousted from the community
