Vintage 1980's Duke's of Hazzard Cardback?

Just wondering if anyone has any ideas on this card. I've found loads of information on Mego Corp cardbacks but can't find anything on this? It looks like "imtagar Toys"..??? Can't find the logo anywhere.
Appreciate any help or advice! Is it harder to find than Mego cardback?

Nothing to identify it...Front and back, Unlike the Mego Corp card? Just has "Made in Hong Kong"
