Not everyone is that sensible I guess? TBF I think the majority of people that bid on stuff at Vectis aren't actually asleep at the time the auction is happening..which means they are far more likely to get caught up in the bidding and up their bids to secure a lot than someone who is snoring their head off and set their bids the night before :lol:
I've been watching the live feed on loads of occasions when there was a crazy amount of activity from the floor bidders/online bidders on one lot and then there were crickets to be heard for the next lot. Easily done I suppose, you see some bloke shoving his paddle in the air or hitting enter on his keyboard and you don't want to give in (whether you want the bloody thing or not) ...then you realise you've paid £120 for a Prune Face and are in shock for the next few lots, unable to speak let alone bid :lol:
