Hello everyone,
I'm totally new to the site and very new to all this collecting chat, so do forgive me if I've not done this right! Basically, I've got fed up of moving my childhood SW toys from loft to loft over the last few years, and feel the time has finally come to sell them, since I am getting no benefit from them. Please can someone advise me as to a rough figure for the whole lot, and perhaps mention anything that stands out as being more valuable than the rest, and so worth taking more time and care to sell please?

Funny thing, actually. I grew up in Coalville, Leicestershire, and have a perhaps very vague Star Wars Geek claim to fame. Firstly, my dad used to work as a security guard at Palitoy for a while in Coalville. Secondly, I myself once worked for a summer at a screen-printing company based on the old Palitoy factory site. :D

Everything I have is 100% original, (at least it is all from the 70's and early 80's so it must be, right?). It's all the stuff my older brothers and I grew up playing with, and so it has all been well played with and no boxes are left at all. I think my dad got some of it cheap as an employee, but it was stuff without boxes.

Some figures are in great condition, others not so great, but most are somewhere in the middle. I have almost no accessories left for the figures, all that I do have are noted below. I have a number of small and large vehicles that I will also be wanting to sell soon, but just want to get the figures sorted first. I've noted down all that I could work out about each figure below. I'm having a lot of difficulty trying to attach pics to this post, so hopefully linking to my Dropbox pics will help(?).

The one figure that I know might be worth something is the Yak Face I have. But how much??? I've no real idea!

Ewoks:
 Lumat (1984) - With original hood and quiver, but no bow.
 Lumat (1984) – some marks on back, and no accessories.
 Logray (1983) x2 – no accessories, "H.K." COO.
Accessories:
o Paploo hood (1984)
o Chief Chirpa hood (1983)
Jabba's entourage:
 Yak Face (1985) – No accessories. No COO ***Valuable/rare?***
 Klaatu (1983) – with original skirt and different coloured legs: one gray and one tan, "H.K." COO.
 Weequay (1983) – No accessories, no COO.
 Nikto (1983) – No accessories, no COO.
 Ree-Yees (1983) – No accessories, no COO.
 Gamorrean Guard (1983) – No accessories, Macau COO.
 Lando Calrissian (Skiff Guard Disguise) (1982) (x2) – 1 with just a helmet, 1 without no accessories, 1 is "H.K." COO, other is no COO.
Accessories:
o Sy Snootles Skirt (1983)
o Bib Fortuna Cloak (1983)
Bounty Hunters:
 Dengar (1980) - With original rifle (possibility), no COO.
 Bossk (1980) – With original rifle, no COO. *Gun partly painted so needs cleaning*
 IG-88 (1980) - With original rifle + orig. blaster (possibility). No COO.
 Greedo (1978) – No accessories, no COO. (I think this is a Palitoy one, as has a smooth "scar")
 4-Lom (i.e. Zuckuss) (1981) – no accessories, Hong Kong COO.
Imperials:
 Darth Vader (1977) (x3) – One vinyl cape (minor tear), 2 are Hong Kong COO, 1 raised bar but no COO. One of the Hong Kong figures is noticeably different to the other two, and has square buttons on the right of the chest panel, whilst the other two have rounded ones there. The two identical figures are also "ridgier" over the torso, for example. Does this difference matter?
 Snowtrooper (1980) – Raised bar COO, China.
 Emperor's Royal Guard (1983) – No accessories, COO Taiwan.
 AT-ST Driver (1984) (x2) – No accessories, one has slightly wider stance than other. Wider stance is Taiwan COO, narrow stance has no COO.
 AT-AT Commander (1980) – No accessories, Hong Kong COO.
 AT-AT Driver (1980) – No accessories, Hong Kong COO.
 Biker Scout (1983) – No accessories, Taiwan COO.

 Han Solo (In Carbonite Chamber) (1984) – No accessories
 Han Solo (Bespin Outfit) (1980) – No accessories, Hong Kong COO.
 Han Solo (Hoth Outfit) (1980) – No accessories, no COO, although it does say "MADE IN". Is this rare?
 Chewbacca (1977) (x2) – No Accessories, Hong Kong COO.
 Princess Leia Organa (Boussh Disguise) (x2) – No Accessories, one is Hong Kong COO, one is Taiwan COO.
 Princess Leia Organa (Bespin Gown) (1980) – Turtle neck version, no Accessories, Hong Kong COO.
 Rebel Commander (1980) – No accessories, no COO.
 Rebel Commando (1983) – No accessories, no COO.

Thanks for your reply. I plan to sell Yak Face separately, but do you recommend selling the others in bundles or some of them separately? (On ebay).

Many thanks again,
Joe.
