Unknown baggie - any ideas?

A nice guy in the US knew I am a bit of a baggie nut & has sent this over to me for peanuts, any ideas as I am a little lost, most likely a fake but always worth asking about

Gut feeling is that it is just a home made baggie - figure looks a bit rough and I have never seen anything like this before

Im not sure on this one either Frank. Ive not seen an example like this before. The figure looks like it might have a little playwear possibly? Where would it have come from if it is genuine? Is it likely it came in a set or witha vehicle or multipack??

Got my answer after super duper close micro inspection on a close up macro shot, it has some grime build up between the limbs, so most likely someone has just home heat sealed it, told the guy who sent it to me & now he won't charge me for it, so there are still some very genuine collectors out there & its a refreshing change to deal with them.

It will be put in the fake baggies box in readiness for that index in the distant future.
