Well that was a crappy shopping experience :x

I had a full set in my basket, entered my payment information and then the page timed out and I then got a nice message saying that the 'item in my basket was no-longer available'

They sold out on 10 mins and it was limited to 1 per household.

Oh, and full sets are already on eBay at 10x the original cost - I hate scalpers with a passion

I had it more like 5 minutes till they were all gone....I got screwed over too
They were good but the only one of the whole Mondo series I was after was the Jeff Soto Gonk. Any one have a spare...??

Just print your own then.

I also missed out on the gonk one. Definitely one of the best in the series although I'm happy with mine. The last set you are discussing sold out ridiculously quick and clearly weren't sold in the same way as the other prints on mondo. There was huge demand for this star wars series and I think they got a lot of mail about how difficult it was for so many people to get hold.of them.so they changed the process on these ones and never gave an unofficial release day.

The ones linked above aren't huge but you could still print + frame them , I am thinking of doing it tbh, 150 for a set if you could get them and now on ebay for 1K by scalpers lol

I think I will print my own

TFB and Joe have a good point. They are quite pricey and I think the scalpers are taking the piss on ebay.I must say though that the print quality of the originals is quite something and the paper is too.

When they originally came out on mondo Im pretty sure they would have been $50 plus $25 shipping to the UK like the rest of the series and I thought that was a fair price. They may well appreciate in value over time due to their limited run and apparent popularity but its too early to tell.

Bottom line is that they do like bloody good.

Yeah....They would be the "Mini-Series". If I was gonna blow that kinda money on star wars...I would buy vintage.....Just print these...lot cheaper. :D

Actually I am quite surprised the images were that big that appeared on the net lol, they are at least small comic book page size and definitely worth a cheap frame or 3 ;)

Now these are some expensive posters!!

Tyler Stouts film posters always sell for a lot on the secondary market. His stuff sells out in minutes and the combination of that and the SW fans will see these only rise in the future, but that price is fooking ridiculous

 imagine you bought em and the better half chuked em in the recycling bin ,, "those old dusty posters"

you would go nuts
