TUSKEN RAIDER 1996 POTF REDCARD CLOSED HAND. SEALED ON CARD

I have this figure but would like some confirmation about it from other members. The one I own has both hands in closed grip. But, the right hand is sealed shut, there is no hole. But, there is a hole in the left.

Is the right hand being sealed shut a common error, and does this fault affect the value in a positive or negative way?

I am looking to sell it. PM me with offers if you wish. I can only sell to UK residents.

As far as I know that is the more common variation. Open Hand on a Red card is a little scarcer as is Closed Hand on a green card.
