Yeah, the crush was always crazy. I remember seeing the POTF2 Wave 2 for the first time at one of these fairs, as they weren't available in the UK yet. I think a lot of us got very distracted by them, but they hold some nice nostalgia for me.
Very nice, mate.Heres mine

What one is rarer, if any?Better late than never, here are some photos of my loose pair of the good robot doctor, showing off the sculpt and paint differences quite nicely. On the left a Smile 1a, and on the right a Kader 1a. I also have a Unitoy 1a on its way to me, but alas it's not yet in my hot little hands and hence I cannot include it.... yet . To compensate, I also include a nice 30B cardback.

I don't know that any are genuinely rare, or even any rarer than any others (excluding Poch, of course), however in the UK the Unitoy version definitely seems harder to find than the Smile or Kader versions. I had to go to America for my Unitoy, but they don't seem to be rare over there, so I guess the distribution from different factories back in the 80's sometimes favoured some countries or cardbacks over others? What one is rarer, if any?

Heres mine
Thanks mate for the kind wordsGreat selection, Lars!
Here are my FX-7 collection
1. my tri-logo moc, I think it is a type 1 punch style

2. Tri-logo cardback with a diffrent punch style as the moc, I think it is the type 2 punch style It has a danish price sticker on it for my danish sticker focus from the department store Bilka, one out of 2 places where I got my star wars toy from when I was a kid in the 80s.

3. 2 more Tri-logo cardback with a 3rd diffrent punch style. The first punch are a little damaged but to me it looks like the one to the right that is not damaged. I think they are both German Tri-logo cardbacks The one to the left have a price sticker on it from the danish toy store BR, the one to the right was also sold in BR, but the price are hidden behind a sticker from BR, so this cardback was a gift. When people bought it then you could say it is a gift when they were paying for it and the seller put this BR sticker on it to hide the price so people would not damage the cardback trying to remove the price before giving it away as a gift. If the kid who got the gift did not want it and wanted it exchanged for another figure etc. etc. then the toy store could easily sell it again without price sticker damage on the cardback. The BR mascot called cousin BR are on the sticker, he has the uniform as the royal danish guards.

8. Palitoy ESB 45 backback with bounty hunter offer on front. There are a danish price sticker on the cardback from a Danish Toy store named Rønberg. I had never heard about that toy store before, but did some research on it. It was sold in 1993 to the toy store company BR. There was 2 Rønberg toy stores, one was in copenhagen and the other north of copenhagen.
I found this video on facebook from the danish toy store Rønberg, it is a 5 min long video with toys from the store from 1978, but I can't see any star wars toy in the shop I have read they imported a lot of toy from japan, hong kong and also east europe. See the video on the link

Thanks mate for very kind words, most of my figures comes from lots and childhood lots that I bought so I guess I have just been lucky to find them in lots. Some figures have many variants and other do not. Some say that klaatu are the one with most variants.Great collection @Pomse2001 thanks for sharing! It blows my mind how many different varients there are of each figure! If i ever get time i would love to look through my figures and identify what versions i have.
Another nice example! (and yes, I agree it's a Smile 2b)Well with a bit of water and fairy liquid i managed to extend his head I was starting to think someone had glued it in place but that wasn't the case thank god.
I had a look at the base and i believe its a smile 2b variant?
