The background picture from the R5D4 card back

Hi,
i'm looking for the image used in the background of the R5D4 card back but without all the card back detail/graphics etc. I want just the original image.
I'm sure someone posted some background pre production images from the card backs a while ago. Are they in the Kellerman book maybe?

Anyone have a copy they can email me or know where i can find one?
Any help would be appreciated.
