Yeah people are really deluded when it comes to vintage star wars. Yesterday a nice carded Palitoy Darth Vader was listed. I contacted the seller querying a 'buy it now' price (was hoping to get it for around £100 or so. Anyway, we had a few messages sent between us, I was trying to coax a price out of him (didn't want to overpay) and things were going well until he sent this reply, and I quote -

"I would post recorded delivery but would prefer to hand over in person.

This could fetch as much as 30 thousand" :lol: :lol: :lol: :shock:

Laugh, I nearly pissed myself. Needless to say I won't be making an offer on this item.
