Stormtrooper ident/valuation (pbp?)

So, been out of the game for some time so I guess its best to ask.

Found this trooper in a lot I bought. Looking at the torso and identification on the leg I was guessing pbp on this one ? It came from a collector I got a pbp from earlier. If so, what is the value of this these days ?
