Hi Guys,

First ever viewing for my figures so be kind. I have now been collecting for about 6 months. Thanks to all who have helped. This forum has been a great help and at the beginning I made a lot of poor purchases on ebay. I have now completed my loose run (with extras). It appears I have now find I "need" to get variants as well. I have probably forgotten a few names but thanks to those of you who have given me some great deals including Iain, Mike, Erik, Jabba, Joe, Scott, Tom, Greg, Oli - the list could go on. Only found a couple of out of place weapons so looking good. Anyway here it is. I will try and get it on display in the next couple of weeks.

Haha- Congrats 8)

What a milestone.

Whats next?

variations? MOC's? vehicles? 12 inch? underoos?

Great stuff mate :)

Thanks guys. Have had a lot of spare time on my hands as had to give up sport recently so been good fun wheeling and dealing on ebay.

My aim was to get a full loose collection but that has started to grow arms and legs already.

No idea what is next. In the short term variations will occupy me for a while. Also got a good few figures that require upgrading. I was thinking of getting a few of the cardboard playsets because I think they would look cool with the loosies on display.

I had a look at some of the odd ball stuff that a few of you have and that is quite appealing as well

Trying to stay away from MOCS.......

That's damn good going in only 6 months mate,
Nice to see a fellow loose collector:)

Sorry to hear you had to give up sports mate :(

Well done Steesh :D

I have been going for ages and not finished my loosies yet

Nice to see them out for parade.

Great stuff! Glad I could help out a little too, he went to a good home!

Fantastic work for 6 months by the way as the guys said, looking forward to seeing how you put them on permanent display :)

Nice work Steesh. Can't beat a nice set of loosies. And that's amazing to put together in 6 months.

Well done Steve, its an amazing feeling completing a loose collection and as Grant says, a real milestone. Major congrats to you buddy! :D

I hope you have as much fun in you next step of the hobby as you did with this phase and keep up the good work!

Thanks guys. Really nice to get some feedback on this collecting bug I seem to have acquired. As for variations I started thinking about the relatively cheap ones like luke blonde and brown hair/lando smile/no smile. However, I have already started thinking about DT Luke, Ginger Luke, VC Jawa...... Have also bought a few boxed items but will need to buy a bigger house before getting into that area. Had forgotten how big some of the vehicles were.

From reading the forum for a while it does seem that most move onto MOCS eventually but trying to stay clear at the moment. Also grading does nothing for me at the current time.

The only downside about this forum is looking enviously at others collections/latest acquisitions and thinking Oh that's cool, and that and that and that.....

Really nice solid dome R2 you've got there!

If you ever think of letting some of those stormies go let me know!

Super sweet set there, lots of real fresh looking juicy loosies! Same as yourself, looking to finish up my own set (need solid R2 + 11 of last 17) and make improvements and variants along the way. These beauties definately deserve a smart display cabinet. In just 6 months from scratch? Yowza! Fair play, great milestone achievement.
