$19.99 RRP. So i guess that means about £20 over here (with Habro its pretty much $=£!)

First wave is X-Wing Luke, R2D2, Sandtrooper and Darth Maul... with four more before the end of the year.

Those actually look quite cool but today I saw new 12 inch figures on the shelf and they look the most cheaply made figures I have ever seen.

Yeah the 12" figures look lame and holly, but I think they are a deliberate attempt to go for the vintage 12" look.

The 6" figures could be amazing but make my wallet tremble.

I just long for a 6" super articulated Yakface.... Imagine the possibilities.... Shame that'll never happen....

Part of me would love a slightly improved version of the 'drinks tray' R2, less the drinks tray, but with the sensorscope and lightsaber slot!

And it would be amazing if they can make a stellar C3PO to go with him....

they do look good, i haven't paid much attention to modern lines since selling up and to be honest looking at the majority of Hasbro's offerings fro NYTF they are rubbish.
I was only looking to see if Disney will be doing a serise 7 of their 'parody' figures this year, which i assume they will but no sign of them yet.
It also looks like the 'vintage line' has come to an end as well, shame as that was a good line, anyway, only sort of off topic
to get back on topic however, i will pass on the 6" figs, although the R2 looked the best to me

Vintage Collection is on hold apparently. Hasbro have said they want to do all the original vintage figures in the Vintage Collection and it will be back.

Skip skip skip. I've already followed most of the 3"3/4 line and am not diluting my budget by adding another line to the collection. Some are cool I agree, but they're not cheap either.

Well I've cracked and pre-ordered R2 and Sandtrooper, fingers crossed the finished R2 looks perfect with no gaps in his panels

Good man - been desperate to see a proper picture of him. OK lot happier after seeing that picture, panels look a lot better than preview shots.
Hopefully I'll get one with a nice crisp paint job.
