It's fair to say that the little one is a fan...she went shopping with her mummy today. With a selection of Frozen, Minnie Mouse etc....she didn't want anything else but Star Wars for the buns she wanted to make me for when I came in from work!

So chuffed, what's even better is she had to tell her mother who the characters were decorating the cakes! She also insisted on only vintage characters on them....

Kids are great, my 3 year old son doesn't know any colours but he can name all the major Star Wars characters :D Awesome choice of cake!

Victoria Sponge
250 grams butter
250 grams Caster Sugar - Beat the butter and sugar until white and fluffy.

Slowly add 250 grams self raising flour while beating.

Beat 4 eggs and slowly add to egg, suger and flour mix.

Butter your MF cake tin add cake mix and bake in preheated oven at 160 degress C for about 1 hour.
