I just wanted to tell you about our shop, Dragon's Castle, at 292 London Road, Westcliff-on-Sea, Essex SS0 7JJ, tel 01702 213772. We sell lots of collectable toys and trading cards, and one of our major specialisms is Star Wars toys - about a quarter of the shop!
From Sat 28th April to Sat 7 May we are celebrating Star Wars Week, with 25% off ALL our Star Wars items! (We are open 10-5 Mon-Sat) We can also supply items by post with a credit card payment so give us a ring if you can't get here.
I know you guys prefer the vintage stuff - well, we have currently an AT-AT Walker (boxed), a Millennium Falcon (boxed, but the box is not much good), a couple of small boxed items, several unboxed vehicles, Ewok village etc, and lots of uncarded figures, weapons, signed items and loads of the modern stuff too, of course. We also have a Darth Vader cosplay costume and lots of other goodies.
It should be well worth a visit if you can get here, as we have various costume characters turning up on the two Saturdays for a great photo-opportunity.
There's also a Star Wars Art Competition (free to enter, one entry per person, prize is a £20 Dragon's Castle voucher). Max size A4, draw a character or scene from Star Wars. Star Wars Day (May the 4th be with you!) is the closing date.
