If you wnt to get technical, theres different numbers on his belt also, besides different texture to the capes, paint apps, and cape colors.

A MIM Squidhead is one of the only variants that I know I have got!

Only because it was a MIM card that had the bubble half crack in transit I freed it
and then got told it was an MIM and again felt super guilty..

Are they difficult to get or is it just a case of people selling squids with no variation info?

I think that people dont realise the made in mexico label on the back of the MOC figures, ive had a standard one posted and it was a MIM, i sold it to delboy though.

I dont htink they are very rare, but when they are loose..who checks them for marking and belt ect.

This is the one I have , not very close up but it definitely came off that card (check the hole behind the bubble )

Doh! well at least I gave it a good home in my loose collection!

What COO does that MIM have on the back? Or is it a No COO?

The LL and MIM Squid Heads have no coo and a 'LFL 83' (instead of LFL 1983) date info. The date info is written upside down compared to the common date info.
