Special effects documentary from 1985

This is a great documentary from the 80's featuring Jedi (around 15 minutes in), and other 80's films. I remember seeing some of this footage in other programs back in the day but don't think I ever saw this one. It explains the rear projection method really well (something commonly used back then in effects work), and has some footage that I've never seen.
