Hi Guys, Has anyone ever seen anything like this before? I am wondering if it could be a cast or crew gift for ESB Maggie T wasnt elected prime minister till 1979 so it is after ANH was filmed and released and i cannot find another Crown Devon personalised stamp bearing the for S&K designation.

I have to say im not 100% sure what it is but it does look interesting, I cant find another like it anywhere and it is personalised so god knows. HEHEHE next to Maggie T Vader looks like a total kitten

Bizzarre!! Never seen anything like this, and i've probably been exposed to more crown devon than star wars!!

My mum collected it fora lot of years, and it was all over the house (and i may have broken pieces of it, as well as piece from the family pottery!! Eep!! :shock: )

Seems that the pottery closed in 1982, so it is possibly genuine ( my first though when i saw it was that someone had applied a transfer to an existing piece.). They're visiting at the weekend so i'll ask if they've seen anything like it before!!

If you wouldnt mind asking mrleemur that would be brilliant, its a totally odd ball item and it intrigues me as to what it actually is, I can't find another crown devon photo plate and I can't find that image anywhere on the tinterweb, can any one 100% identify who is in the photo? Its not Lucas after studying his picture I don't think its Marquand it Could be Kasdan.

Finally got round to asking my mum about this, she can't find anything similar in her books, and thinks it looks like a fifties design, with a transfer applied later, the later stuff wasn't in that kind of design.

Se said she might be able to get a better idea of the date of it if you could get a picture of the mark on the back of it!
