Silly question about ebay refund...

I bought something from an ebay seller but it arrived damaged. I contacted him and he agreed for a full refund upon return of the item. I have also opened a case in the resolution centre for the refund. Its ok to return the him to him right?

Yeah, as long as you get some form of tracking then you are safe to send it back. eBay will find in your favour even if he claims he didn't get it - if you can prove it was delivered
