i put my business up for sale 3 months ago and not a sniff... noone even asked for details through the estate agents.... and in the last 2 weeks ive had 5 people not only take details but come around for a look,, its not as easy as selling a house as the valuation is based on the turnover and not cause my neghbours are called tarquin and susan.....

anyway, just had this couple in who are from down south somewhere and there interested and by the sounds of it theyve got the cash to buy up front.... the only thing is iam shitting myself as i dont know what to do next ?? and i dont yet have a house as the money from the buisness is the deposit on my house when i leave here !!

so iam not sure if i should stay in the cooking trade or do something completely different !!... iam only used to working 5 hour days

i saw the people we bought our house off 10 years ago in supermarket other day and they asked if we were selling ,i said next year .she gave me phone number and said phone them first as they want it ,they have to pay Ã'£100,000 more to get the house they sold back :shock: :lol:

i know and its werid but iam actully looking at houses with this in mind ..iam making sure theres enough room for a loft conversion for them all :lol: :lol: my wife want me to sell them and buy a audi tt... :roll:

no its not that at all i do really well (hence the Ã'£300 - Ã'£600 a month starwars habit ) , its just when i go on holiday ive got to still pay for the buisness to sit there and do nothing (as i cant trust any staff like i trust myself) and iam over qualified to be knocking up meals for the retired/holiday makers.... , i just want to leave work and forget about work, i live upstairs and iam never away from it...... ive made a bit of money on the value and some in the bank... iam now wanting to have a kid so iam going to get some other daft twat to pay my wages while i have time off to play with starwars toys while changing nappys :lol: :lol: :wink:

You'll be lucky to find another job that lets you do 5 hours a day and take home the same kind of money!! :lol:

My advice is keep the place and don't take any holidays, afterall you hardly need a break if you are only doing 30 hours a week !! :wink:
