He had a stall at Essen (i'm 99% sure) so there should be no reason not to for London.

I don't know what the cost would be but I imagine it would be pricey.

But to have tens of thousands of SW geeks going past your stand every day would probably make it worthwhile.

As far as I am aware the smallest dealer space is £1800+ vat and then it goes up from there.

I was planning on having a booth but have had nothing but trouble trying to actually book, get floor plan etc so at the moment I'm ruling it out. Very expensive to do and won't see any change from £5k after costs

Whatever happens I'll be there as a fan and looking forward to seeing everyone!

Are you likely to be doing the NEC again next month?

Can't make NEC next month but aiming to do Doncaster Racecourse on 15th May and Sandown Park 28th May. Will try do the NEC again later in the year - a good day out!

You should have a Celebration as a fan for once if they are not being helpful on the booth front. And bring your gear anyway for the room sales.

Wow... Those costs seem excessive. And will likely see tables of pop vinyls stacked high. Real shame.. I guess any cash i take will be spent at the room sales.

One great thing about anaheim was the amount of good stuff on the convention floor. The place was rammed and there was something for everyone.

As someone who has not attended a celebration before, how are the room sales arranged?
Are they advertised in someway or is it just a mate knowing a mate who gives a nod and a wink to the bloke on the corner to get you in with a secret pasword/handshake? Is it all in one hotel for example too?

There will be word. In Germany there were flyers. You will find out if you keep your ear to the ground. It will be in a quiet part of one of the hotels and people will just start putting things out. Next thing you know it has turned into the most incredible Star Wars bring and buy sale you have ever seen.

It's not secret, it's just not official.
