labourer i have ****ed off a while back to anoter job(fair enough ,good luck to anyone wanting to better them selves)
then came back cause he was getting Ã'£35 a week for abot 60+hours .
took him back cause i am kind :lol:
in town other day i said i will buy you some tools IF you help me with kazzas shop,said i will let him do some plastering as if he ****s up we can sort it later.to which he said ok.
phones him night before and he says he doesnt know as he has to look after his sister .
now if he was getting paid would he look after his sister .
i know he is lying and his mother has proberly said something and kaz says as soon as he is trained he will **** off.
texted him this morning and said i was badly .
he texted back saying should he cancel this meeting we had planned with college tonight and i said yes.
it just feels like he is planning something else as all the signs are there from last time .
so i will let you decide his fate

my dad emplyed a school leaver before to help him as my dad was an electrician and he was paying the guy decent enough money in hand too and after about two weeks the guy started letting my dad down all the time being late and not turning up at all

right you tight bastard, where to begin.... firstly you are only paying him Ã'£100 per week anyway, which is below Etheopia's minimum wage, so if he was looking for another job you cant bloody blame him can you? i have to pay my labourer Ã'£350 a week, as its the going rate so every week you are really stealing Ã'£250 from him anyway :lol:

secondly putting up with you must easily be worth Ã'£50 a week extra, having to listen to the racist, sexist and general bollocks that you so often spout, must take the patience of a ****ing saint

and thirdly, of coarse he is going to **** off after you have trained him up, its the natural progression of things. just dont teach him everything at once, it should take him 2/3 years to learn but in that time you will make your money out of him. i have triained loads of lads mate, and unless you are looking for a mate for life or something, they are labourers not swans :lol:
