Rookie Question on C.O.O (or lack of C.O.O!)

Morning guys,

I've just bought a really nice collection from a guy in the Uk, each time I look at a figure it has No COO, not scarred out just smooth, so my question is:

Will all of these figures without COO be Palitoy? (I think I know the answer but just need confirmation) :wink:

Any help would be great!

As far as I know Palitoy made no figures of their own.
