Rogue Squadron Leather Jacket

Hey all

Sadly my grandad recently passed away and while clearing up his old stuff I found a star wars leather jacket hung up in good condition. As I'm not a huge fan myself and will be starting university soon I have been thinking about selling it but have no idea what it's worth so any feedback would be hugely appreciated.

After having a look through posts already on the forums I have seen a lot of action figures and the like so I apologise if this is maybe the wrong sort of thing to be putting up here, I've posted a few links to pictures of the jacket below.

Welcome to the board.

I have to say that I think you might struggle to get a valuation ofr this item - gut feeling is that is won't be worth much as it is a later piece. Have you tried completed listings on Ebay ?

I gave the completed listings on ebay a look over yesterday and while they have star wars jackets up for sale none of them seem that similar to this one. I'll give that other forum a shot (thanks for the tip) and leave this thread here in the meantime if that's alright?

Looks like a military logo. I know some military units used star wars stuff to identify their group.

Sorry about your grandad, but I wanted to know if you ever tracked down the history of your jacket, or even if you still have it?

IT IS VALUABLE !!! - I have one (without the fox logo in the collar or the "Skywalker Ranch" above the pocket.) AND THINK YOUR grandad probably bought it at the ranch on holiday or something (I reckon you would know if he had StarWars/Fox Film connections).

I was awarded mine by Fox Video at the StarWars relaunch party at Alexandra Palace on 25th Nov 1995 and was told it was ONE of FIVE in the world...

For reference, an avid collector who was there offered me £3000 for it! THAT NIGHT!... Do not know what they are worth now, but reckon something good...
