Very sad news. While not overly surprising it is still tragic.

Sir Terry Pratchett was one of the most prolific, accomplished and genuinely funny and original writers ever. I was lucky enough to meet him several times at book signings and he was one of the biggest influences on my literary life, both as a reader and a writer. He leaves a massive legacy that will be enjoyed by countless generations to come.

just started reading a lot of Terry P this last year. Some are a bit hit and miss but I really enjoyed Small Gods and Reaper Man - very sad to see him go
