Not sure if any of you listen to film scores but James Horner is up there with John Williams and Jerry Goldsmith as one of the greats.

ALIENS, TITANIC, WRATH OF KHAN and my personal favourite KRULL. Massive body of work and he'll be sorely missed :(

RIP.
 
That is sad news, he really was a musical genius. I agree with Poncho, the Aliens soundtrack is awesome and I only recently watched the making of Aliens documentary again which he features in.

does feature on the on bluray set? i dont recollect seeing him on the dvd quadrologoy
