I have attached a photo of the back to show it's not a belt buckle, lol. There was once a felt backing but that has since come detached

I actually received this as a gift from my uncle a little over two years ago. I'm not sure where he got it from prior to that.

What you say it is. I do not collect things like this (although I would love one of the Lucite stars or Hoth ESB Crew Jackets)

Thanks for the response and well wishes tiefighterboy. I appreciate you taking the time to view/confirm this is not a conversion. I wish I had more history with regards to my uncle and how he came in possession of it. He had a pawn shop for a while back in the 80's/90's so it's possible this is a carry over from left over inventory.
